AI Agent Suite Overview

The GAAPx AI Agent Suite consists of specialized, autonomous domain agents designed to execute routine revenue operations, contract triage, receivables dunning, and payment reconciliations. Operating with human-in-the-loop oversight, GAAPx agents handle repetitive back-office communication and document workflows while escalating complex exceptions to finance leaders.

The Core Agents​

1. AI Collections Agent​

  • Purpose: Manages accounts receivable dunning sequences, parses customer reply emails, answers billing questions, extracts promises-to-pay, and submits invoices to third-party AP portals (Coupa, Tipalti).
