Renewal Workflows​

1. Evergreen & Auto-Renewal Windows​

  • GAAPx tracks contractual notice periods (e.g. 60-day written cancellation notice before renewal date).
  • Automatic alerts notify Account Executives and RevOps 90, 60, and 30 days prior to notice deadlines.

2. Automated Annual Price Uplifts​

  • Contracts with fixed percentage uplifts (e.g. 5% annual increase) or variable CPI clauses automatically schedule updated billing lines for future renewal terms.

3. Early Termination & Churn Handling​

  • When a customer issues a cancellation or non-renewal notice:
    • GAAPx records the formal cancellation effective date.
    • Adjusts future unbilled schedules, cancels draft invoices, and executes final revenue true-ups in accordance with contract terms.
