## Renewal Workflows

### 1. Evergreen & Auto-Renewal Windows
* GAAPx tracks contractual notice periods (e.g. *60-day written cancellation notice before renewal date*).
* Automatic alerts notify Account Executives and RevOps 90, 60, and 30 days prior to notice deadlines.

### 2. Automated Annual Price Uplifts
* Contracts with fixed percentage uplifts (e.g. 5% annual increase) or variable CPI clauses automatically schedule updated billing lines for future renewal terms.

### 3. Early Termination & Churn Handling
* When a customer issues a cancellation or non-renewal notice:
  * GAAPx records the formal cancellation effective date.
  * Adjusts future unbilled schedules, cancels draft invoices, and executes final revenue true-ups in accordance with contract terms.
