## Required Disclosure Tables under ASC 606-10-50

GAAPx automatically populates three primary disclosure tables:

### 1. Disaggregation of Revenue (ASC 606-10-50-5)
Categorizes revenue into categories that depict how economic factors affect nature, amount, timing, and uncertainty:
- **By Product Category**: Subscription Revenue vs. Professional Services vs. Usage/Consumption.
- **By Geography**: North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
- **By Timing of Transfer**: Transferred *Over Time* vs. *Point in Time*.

```markdown
| Disaggregation Category (in $000s) | Three Months Ended Sept 30, 2026 | Nine Months Ended Sept 30, 2026 |
| :--- | :--- | :--- |
| **Subscription & Platform (Over Time)** | $14,250 | $39,800 |
| **Professional Services & Implementation**| $1,420 | $4,650 |
| **Usage-Based Consumption** | $2,180 | $5,920 |
| **Total Revenue Recognized** | **$17,850** | **$50,370** |
```

---

### 2. Contract Balances Rollforward (ASC 606-10-50-8)
Reconciles the opening and closing balances of **Contract Liabilities (Deferred Revenue)** and **Contract Assets (Unbilled Receivables)**.

```text
Ending Deferred Revenue = Beginning Balance + Invoiced Additions - Revenue Recognized ± Cumulative FX/Adjustments
```

---

### 3. Remaining Performance Obligations / RPO (ASC 606-10-50-13)
Represents contracted future revenue that has not yet been recognized. GAAPx breaks down RPO by expected timing of recognition:
- Expected to be recognized within **12 months** (Current RPO).
- Expected to be recognized **thereafter** (Non-current RPO).
