# Cloud Storage: Box (Box AI) & Google Drive

**Cloud Storage Integration in GAAPx** connects your organization's document repositories (**Box** and **Google Drive**) to the GAAPx contract ingestion pipeline. Newly uploaded contracts, signed order forms, and customer W-9s are detected automatically, extracted via OCR, and tagged with structured financial metadata.

## Box Integration with Box AI & Metadata Tagging

Through our native Box connector:
* **Folder Watcher**: Monitored folders (e.g. `Box / Legal / Executed Contracts / 2026`) ingest new PDFs automatically.
* **Box AI Metadata Extraction**: GAAPx extracts contract terms and writes custom **Box Metadata Cards** (Contract Value, Term Start/End, Customer ID, ASC 606 Status) directly back to the file in Box.
* **Bi-Directional Sync**: Any replacement PDF or executed amendment uploaded to Box triggers automatic contract versioning in GAAPx.
