Dedicated Mailbox Workflows
1. Contract Ingestion Mailbox (contracts-[tenant]@ingest.gaapx.ai)
- Forward signed PDFs from e-signature tools or customer redline emails.
- GAAPx extracts PDF attachments, runs OCR parsing, and notifies the account owner in Slack when schedules are ready for review.
2. Remittance & Cash Mailbox (remittance-[tenant]@ingest.gaapx.ai)
- Forward customer bank wire remittance advices and check scan PDFs.
- The cash application engine extracts invoice numbers, customer names, and dollar amounts to match against open receivables automatically.
