## Dedicated Mailbox Workflows

### 1. Contract Ingestion Mailbox (`contracts-[tenant]@ingest.gaapx.ai`)
* Forward signed PDFs from e-signature tools or customer redline emails.
* GAAPx extracts PDF attachments, runs OCR parsing, and notifies the account owner in Slack when schedules are ready for review.

### 2. Remittance & Cash Mailbox (`remittance-[tenant]@ingest.gaapx.ai`)
* Forward customer bank wire remittance advices and check scan PDFs.
* The cash application engine extracts invoice numbers, customer names, and dollar amounts to match against open receivables automatically.
