# Integrations & Developer Platform Overview

> **Quick Summary:** The GAAPx Developer Platform connects your CRM, Billing engines, and General Ledger (GL) to create a single automated revenue pipeline. In addition to native connectors for Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Slack, GAAPx exposes a full **REST API (`/api/v1/*`)** and a **Model Context Protocol (MCP) server**, allowing AI agents in Claude Desktop, Cursor, or custom pipelines to query financial data, generate waterfalls, and run compliance checks.

## Developer Quick Start

To connect an application or AI agent to GAAPx via API, generate an API key in the GAAPx Admin Console under **Settings > Developer Keys**, then query the status endpoint:
