Quick Summary: The GAAPx QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration automates bi-directional data flow: pulling customer invoices from QBO into GAAPx for revenue scheduling, and pushing audit-ready month-end ASC 606 journal entries directly into your QBO General Ledger.
Connection & Setup
- In the GAAPx Admin console, navigate to Admin > Integrations.
- Click Connect QuickBooks Online and sign in with your Intuit Administrator credentials.
- Map your Chart of Accounts:
- Deferred Revenue Account: e.g.,
2100 - Deferred Revenue(Current Liability) - Earned Revenue Account: e.g.,
4000 - Subscription Revenue(Income) - Contract Assets (Unbilled): e.g.,
1250 - Unbilled Receivables(Current Asset)
