GAAPx is committed to protecting your financial and organizational data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across the GAAPx platform, APIs, MCP servers, and documentation.

1. Data Security & Financial Isolation

All customer contract data, financial ledger entries, and ASC 606 revenue schedules processed by GAAPx are stored in encrypted, tenant-isolated datastores. We enforce AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

2. AI Processing & Model Training

Customer contract records and financial data processed via GAAPx APIs, MCP servers, or deterministic calculation engines are never used to train foundational AI models.

3. Agent & API Governance

All autonomous agent interactions are governed by least-privilege scoped tokens. Audit trails record every tool invocation, timestamp, and parameter hash.
